Suratchatha is a Managing Partner of CSMJ International Law Firm, helping to oversee
the firm’s client works in all practice areas.
Suratchatha has extensive experience in litigation and dispute resolution. Some of her work has included contractual disputes between companies and foreign investors, unfair dismissal for employs and employees, patent infringement lawsuit, land and boundary disputes, professional negligence, divorce and child custody, the execution of wills, inheritance disputes, etc.
Suratchatha also frequently advises international and local clients on establishing and operating business in Thailand, real estate matters, antitrust and competition, immigration and work permit matters, anti-corruption, white collar crime matters. In addition, Suratchatha is heavily involved with a wide range of complex commercial transactions and related tasks, including join ventures, legal due diligence, direct marketing license and e-commerce matters.
Suratchatha is a Thai Barrister-at-law of the Thai Bar under the Royal Patronage, a Thai Qualified Lawyer of Lawyers Council of Thailand, a Notarial Services Attorney, an Arbitrator of the Thai Arbitration Center (THAC) and a Mediator of Right and Liberties Protection Department, Ministry of Justice (Thailand).
